Grilling and barbecuing pork meat has been my hobby like forever. While my day job is in a different area, it is true for me what many say that it’s best when hobby can feed you. Well, when you’ve got a hobby in cooking, then it certainly can feed you very well indeed!
There’s not much you need to start. Grilling is not one of those pastime activities that cost you a small fortune just to start with. Even a cheap entry-level gas grill will get you reasonably good results once you know what you are doing.
Once you’ve got that, throw yourself in the nearest butcher shop and get a nice fresh cut. With a bunch of pork chop marinade recipes to start with, you’re ready to marinate your way into gourmet heaven! Most of the recipes are simple and quick, but that’s what marinating is about. Do not over-complicate it and you’ll be fine, just like your delicious meat chops.
